Time Calc at alkula.fi is operated by Design x Cine Oy, Helsinki, Finland. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Purpose of the service
Time Calc provides a free tool for estimating work hours, unpaid breaks, regular time, overtime and gross pay. The service is intended for personal checking, planning and informational use.
3. Estimates, not official payroll advice
Results are estimates. The calculator cannot account for every collective agreement, employment contract, union rule, payroll practice, tax, deduction or law in every jurisdiction.
You are responsible for checking the result against the rules that apply to you. Do not use the output as the sole basis for paying wages, filing taxes, making legal claims or creating an official employment record. Consult a qualified payroll, tax or legal professional when necessary.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, generate artificial advertising activity, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that impairs availability or misrepresent the service as your own.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be corrected, changed, suspended or discontinued without prior notice. We aim to keep calculations accurate and the website available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Design x Cine Oy is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on an estimate, incorrect input, browser or device problems, service interruption, data stored locally in the browser or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Intellectual property
The website design, text, branding and original source material are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ordinary use of the calculator does not transfer ownership of those materials. Your own time entries and exported time card remain yours.
8. Privacy and advertising
Use of the website is also subject to the privacy policy. The free service may display advertising supplied by third parties, including Google AdSense. Third-party destinations are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
